Welcome to KAD. These terms govern the relationship between you and the KAD platform and define the mutual rights and obligations of both parties. By using, browsing, or placing an order through our platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
To use KAD and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Saudi Arabia.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You may browse the platform without registering, but completing orders requires an account. You are responsible for:
— Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and not sharing them with anyone. — All activities and orders placed through your account, whether by you or anyone who gains access to it. — Keeping your details (especially phone number and delivery address) up to date to ensure accurate delivery.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at contact@kad-sa.com.
All prices displayed on the platform include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Saudi regulations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your order is considered confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following cases: pricing or description errors, unavailability of the product, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment details.
If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
We deliver within the coverage areas specified at checkout. Displayed delivery times are estimates and are not a binding guarantee, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as traffic conditions, weather, or unexpected operational issues.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified time. KAD is not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient at the scheduled time.
You agree to use KAD for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
— Attempting to breach, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's systems or operations. — Submitting false or misleading personal information, or impersonating another person. — Using the platform for commercial resale purposes without prior written consent from KAD. — Posting or transmitting any offensive, misleading, or legally non-compliant content. — Using automated tools (bots) to interact with the platform or scrape its data.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these terms.
All elements of the KAD platform — including design, images, typefaces, text, logos, and trade names — are the exclusive property of KAD and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Saudi Arabia.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the platform's content for personal purposes only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content without prior written permission from KAD is strictly prohibited.
We provide our services and products with reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we make no absolute guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAD is not liable for:
— Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. — Service interruptions or platform downtime due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance. — Delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances.
In all cases, KAD's maximum liability is limited to the value of the order from which the dispute arose.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, both parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution first by contacting us directly at contact@kad-sa.com.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over the matter.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to close your account and cease using the service.
